ABOUT THE AUTHOR

A graduate of the University of the State of New York, Michael Crolius is an accomplished musician and writer with hundreds of recording, album and book credits.

Today, he writes, arranges and produces music and short stories from his homes in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii, Santa Barbara, CA, and Amado, Arizona.

In addition to his writing and music successes, Crolius is CEO of Breakthru International, Inc. an internet-marketing company, as well as President of Barron's Management Services, Inc. an international real-estate management company.

A licensed private pilot and motorcycle enthusiast, Crolius receives much of his inspiration for writing while soaring high above the clouds or touring the countryside.

Fulfilling a promise made to his step-daughter when she was only six, "The Adventures of Digger the Cat" is the written word derived from the bedtime stories he used to weave for her nightly slumber.

A touch of Michael’s imagination captures these travails for all of us to enjoy.  His sensitivity is immediately evident to anyone who sees him interact with kids and animals, which instinctively love him on sight!

An incurable romantic residing in the body of a rugged individualist, he endlessly chases ideals and levels of perfection that are beyond the reach of most.

An anxiously awaited sequel to "The Jewel Of The River" will be available March 2003.
